Entry   of Rajpootana, Lieut. EIC’s 19th Native Infantry, Bengal establishment, to Henry John Cauty [of Birmingham, Warwickshire, surgeon, Estate Duty Registers] the uncle & guardian of George Charles Cauty a minor the only child, the 15 Sept 1828 grant to Sophia Augusta Chesney wife of Charles Cornwallis Chesney Esq. as aunt & guardian of the said minor under the suggestion that she was one of his next of kin having been voluntarily brought in & revoked by interlocutory decree, further grant Aug 1847 on that grant’s having “ceased & expired” [states d 7 July 1819, to Mary Eliza Sanford of Wimbledon, Surrey, 1847 Estate Duty Registers] spr. the sister by the half blood & administrator of George Charles Cauty the only child, Elizabeth Cauty the wid. & the said George being the only persons entitled & who survived but d without taking admon, £100, Pts
