Entry   John Fell is about to file a bill of complaint in Chancery against Esther Ford, wid., stating that in March 1824 he filed his original bill of complaint against John Thomas Jones, Benjamin Powell & Elizabeth Powell. Benjamin Powell late of Hay, Breconshire, deceased made his will 15 Sept 1817 & appointed as executors his daughter Margaret Payne, John Hill, Benjamin Williams & James Beavan… children of his daughter Sarah Hasted wife of Francis Durgley Hasted indigo merchant then in the East Indies… said testator d 1819… deceased’s brothers Francis & George Hasted, the only persons entitled, did not appear… [of Belay, district of Benares, Bengal, d Sept 1823, to John Studholme Brownrigg of Austen Friars, London, Esq., “limited to attend proceedings in Chancery”, £50, further grant Jan 1856 as special admon to Thomas Graham of Mitre Court Chambers, Temple, Esq., Estate Duty Registers], Pts
