[she did not receive it]... she & her husband were advised to file a bill of complaint in Chancery against James Wilson... brother James was at Edinburgh & died a bachelor, the nearest relation is deceased's cousin german Margaret Allen otherwise Calendar otherwise Calender otherwise Callender wid....
