George J.D. Reynolds came to Burma about the time of the annexation of Upper Burma. He joined the Government of Burma, Public Works Department, Engineering Branch, on 1 December 1923, as Executive Engineer. On retirement leave from 28 February 1929, he died on 21 September 1930.
