Description  Of Singia. Obtained a transfer of all right and title in Chayton Pursa Factory from Joseph Simon Finch, 15 December 1828. Made a boundary agreement between Chayton Pursa and Jalapore, with Joseph Simon Finch, 12 January 1829. Fitzgerald and his wife, Eliza, conveyed Chayton Pursa to John Abbott, in trust for Messrs. Alexander and Company, 23/24 February 1829. Made a boundary agreement between Chayton Pursa and Ramkolah, 31 December 1836. Conveyed all right and title to Singia [to the assignee for the insolvent estate of Messrs. Alexander and Company], 1835-36. Made over Byropore and Anarpore to assignee for insolvent estate of Messrs. Alexander and Company. Assignee sold Singia, Byropore, Anarpore, and Chayton Pursa Factories to George Folly Hodgkinson for Rs. 50,000 sicca, 1836-37.
