Chester, by Sarah, daughter of Pennoyre Watkins, of Laugharne, esq. and inherited that celebrated ruin and demesne from her maternal grandfather. She was married in 1798 to Colonel Starke (son of Richard Starke, esq. formerly Governor of Fort St David, Madras), and had issue three sons and one daughter. |
