""Her immediate ancestors were possessors of the famous Hafod estate in Wales"". Two of her brothers served for many years in the Indian army, and died as General and Major several years before. Two sisters survive her. She married Dr Forbes in 1819. Their only child, a son, survives her. The monumental inscription erected to her in Kensal Green cemetery is reproduced] |
