Detail  At Hampton Wick, the Rev. Henry Shepherd, D.C.L., formerly Senior Chaplain of St John's cathedral, Calcutta. He was son of the late Dr Richard Shepherd, Archdeacon of Bedford, and Rector of Wetherden and Helmingham, Suffolk. He was created B.C.L. by decree of convocation nov. 4, 1824, and D.C.L. March 2, 1825, as a member of St Alban hall, Oxford.
