Inscription  Sacred to the Memory of Mr. Samuel Saunders, assistant at the M.A.G. office, who departed this life much respected and lamented. November 20th, in the year of our Lord 1809, aged 22 years, 6 months and 27 days. A dutiful son and an affectionate mother, whose amiable and benevolent disposition endeared him to all who new him. - (Poem)
