Inscription  … Memory of Samuel Healey late Private in No 7 or Bt Major Watson's Comp.y HsMs 14th Regt Foot who was born in the parish of Wellborough Northampton and departed this life the 31st day of July 1826 aged 29 years. "" The time of Man does quickly fade. His thoughts but foolish are and vain. His days are like a flying? shade of whose short stay no sign remain."" This tomb is erected by his comrades in the above above compy as a mark of esteem for the deceased.
