[d 13 Feb 1846, 1847 Estate Duty Registers], to Charles Edward Newcomen, Esq. attorney of William Henry Hardy Forbes Clarke Esq. the brother & only next of kin, £300, fresh grant in May 1848 states Lieut. 53rd Foot at Sobraon, bach., to Edward Chard the attorney of Laura Augusta Turner wife of Charles Fox Turner, formerly Clarke, spr., the sister (for the benefit of the said Laura), now residing at the island of Malta, £300, [d 15 Feb 1846, Newcomen of Clifford Inn, Fleet St, London, navy agent, 1848 Estate Duty Registers], Pts
