Summary Remarks  The Estate of the late Mr Edward Ellerington. To be sold by public auction by Mr Donald at his Auction Room near the Court House. Houses belonging to the said estate. Consisting a large pucka Garden House situated in the Dhee Birjie Mowza Koyarch near the Burying Ground, with ten Biggahs and Eighteen Cottahs of land. A Lower Roomed house raised upwards of five Feet above the Surface of the ground, situated in the lane exactly behind the house known by the Name of Major Degloss's. It has four Biggahs of land and is rented by Mr Young. A small Upper Roomed house and adjoining Lower Roomed one that formerly belonged to Naboo Serang, situated on the right hand side of the lane leading to Mr King's the coopers.
