Mentions that in consequence of the very low price that Mr Balfour has bought arrack this year you will have the opportunities of purchasing that article remarkably cheap. Get all you can. When the cutter returns I will send you some Nankeens and sugar. you must keep the Madeira and dispose of it as well as you can. The Punjan cloth you may send here. Never send any more shell boxes they will not sell for anything.
