Inscription  Sacred to the memory of Eliza Sarah, wife of Lieut.-Colonel L. W. Watson, Madras Army, who departed this life on the 13th of June 1843; also sacred to the memory of Major-General Lewis Wentworth Watson, Colonel of the 17th Regiment, Madras N.I., who departed this life on the 5th of May 1859, aged 68 years and 6 months; also in loving memory of Lucy Caroline Watson, wife of Major-General Lewis Wentworth Watson, died in Claremont, Ootacamund, 24th May 1893, aged 71 years 4 months.
