Inscription  Sacred to the memory of D. Stevens, who departed this life on the 12th of December 1882, aged 27 years, 4 months and 7 days; the beloved son of H. Stevens, Queen's Pensioner of H.M.'s 74th Highlanders. Deeply regretted by his wife, daughter, and relations, & o. ""Prepare to meet thy God. Stop stranger stop ere you pass by, as you are now, so once was I, As I am now, so you must be, prepare thyself to follow me."" Erected by his brothers.
