Committed to Maidstone Gaol. 3 months imprisonment with hard labour for imposing on the Service. Rejected & discharged, 7/12/1834, with a Protecting Cert by order of the General Commanding in Chief. Unfit from having been formerly discharged from St. Helena for chronic affection, which he denied at enlistment.
