	Entry	Killed at the storming of Delhi on the 14 Sept last Lt Francis Latter Tandy, of the Engineers, second son of Edward Tandy Esq, Taxing Master in the Court of Chancery, Ire. W Baird , Lt Col Chief Engineer Dehli Field Force, reports thus in his despatch of 6 Nov 1857-"" I deeply regret the heavy list of casualties that accompanies this report. In LT Tandy the corps has lost one of its most gallant promising young officers.
