Entry  At Edinburgh on 2 Oct lately arrived from India after an arduous service of more than 20 yrs, Major Samuel Sinclair Hay of Bengal Artillery. This gallant & meritorious officer had by uncommon perservereance brought that very useful corps, Golandanzes or Native Artillery to that state of perfection which has excited the admiration of the Bengal Army.
