[d 25 Dec 1834, to Ann Thomas of Brighton, Sussex, wid., Estate Duty Registers] the grandmother & next of kin, further grant 5 Aug 1842 to John Fryer Thomas the son & one of the executors of the said Ann, Dame Elizabeth Barbara Hunter wid. the grandmother & with the said Ann the only next of kin, survived but is since dead, £450, Pts
