Elizabeth Benson wife of James Claudius Benson formerly Bedford wid. the relict, Lucy D’Auvert wid. the mother of the said Lucy Durand & Helen Day D’Auvert spr. the sister by the half blood, four of the persons entitled, d without taking admon. Henry Augustus D’Auvert, Louisa D’Auvert spr. & Emma D’Auvert spr. the brother & sisters by the half blood & Barbara Darnell wife of Edward Darnell Esq. the niece, four of the ither persons entitled, having renounced. Thomas St John Bedford Esq. the nephew & only other person entitled was cited but in no wise appeared, £1000, Pts
