Detail  Of Lewisham, Kent, & Commander of the EIMS General Coote at Madrass, Esq., limited admon to Hannah Hoare the relict. He made a will but did not appoint an executor. Hannah Hoare was appointed universal legatee for life. The will was lodged in the Mayor’s Court at Madras for safe custody. Admon until the will is produced. Further limited admon grant 16 Apr 1808 to John Winter. Hannah Hoare was now dead & Winter was one of the executors of Joseph Thackeray, Esq., a creditor, Kent
