Detail  Belonged to the EIMS Latham, d Pointy Gall, Salone, June 1783. Limited admon to Thomas Nugent. Deceased & Nugent were messmates. The deceased became ill with the flux, and d after 14 days. He had no relations. Mr John Morris the purser wrote a will & read it out to him. He put his mark on it. On arrival at port of London Nugent shipped on board the MS June whereof William Dempster was & is master. It was bound from London to the West Indies. The will was deposited with Nugent's brother in law Patrick Cunningham. On Nugent's return he asked for the will but it had been mislaid. Advertisements were placed in the Daily Advertiser on the 4 January, 18 January & 1 February. Any next of kin was asked to apply to Mr Alexander Patterson ofd no. 9 New Compton St, Soho... £35, Pts
