Summary of Service  1829: Writer. 1832: At home on absentee allowance. 1836: Assistant and Acting Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate, Malabar; Acting Head Assistant, afterwards Head Assistant to Principal Collector and Magistrate of Coimbatore. 1837: Officiating Assistant Judge and Joint Criminal Judge, Salem. 1839: Acting Sub-Secretary to the Board of Revenue. 1840: Assistant Judge and Joint Criminal Judge, Salem. 1843: Sub-Judge, Salem. 1849: Acting Civil and Sessions Judge, Tinnevelly. 1851: Civil and Sessions Judge, Tellicherry. 1859: Officiating Judge of the Court of Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1860: Puisne Judge of the Court of Sudder and Foujdarry Adawlut. 1862: Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Madras. 1866: Resigned the service, 30th January. (Annuitant).
