Summary of Service  1815: Writer. 1817: Assistant to the Register of the Provincial Court, Centre Division. 1819: Assistant to the Secretary to the Board of Revenue. 1821: Head Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Northern Division of Arcot. 1825: Sub-Collector and Assistant Magistrate of Northern Division of Arcot. 1827: At home on absentee allowance. 1829: Returned to India, per ""Neptune."" 1830: Senior Deputy Register of the Sudder Adawlut. 1831: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Salem; Assistant Judge and Joint Criminal Judge of Chingleput. 1832: Judge and Criminal Judge of Chicacole; Acting Judge and Criminal Judge of Salem. 1834: Acting Judge and Criminal Judge of Chittoor. 1835: Acting Judge and Criminal Judge of Salem; Acting Third Judge of the Provincial Court, Southern Division. 1836: Acting Second Judge of the Provincial Court , Southern Division. 1837: Third Judge of the Provincial Court , Southern Division; Acting First Judge of the Provincial Court , Southern Division; Acting Second Judge of the Provincial Court, Southern Division. 1838: Third Judge of the Provincial Court of Appeal and Circuit for the Southern Division. 1842: Second Judge, afterwards First Judge of the Provincial Court of Appeal and Circuit for the Southern Division. 1844: Civil and Sessions Judge , Trichinopoly. 1848: Civil and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. Died, 28th June 1849, at Coimbatore.
