Detail  At Boulogne-sur-Mer, aged 62, the Hon. Sir Richard Ottley, formerly Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Ceylon. He was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn 25 June, 1811, and knighted in 1820.
