Inscription  In memory of Edward Rehe, son of the late Major S. A. Rehe, 26th Regiment M.N.I., who departed this life a Kotergherry, January 8th, 1850, aged 25 years and 7 months, leaving a circle of relatives and friends deeply to deplore their untimely loss. ""Thou turnest man O Lord to dust, of which he first was made, and when thou speakest the word return, 'tis instantly obey'd."" ""Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord.""
