Detail  [Aged 79. Son and heir of Sir Edward the 2nd Baronet, MP for Carlow, by Clotilda, 2nd dau. of William Wallis, esq. of Ballycrenan Castle, co. Cork. He married 11 April 1800 Lady Harriet O'Bryen, 3rd and youngest sister of the present Marquess of Thomond. She died in 1851. 4 sons & 6 daus. They included John Willoughby, of the 13th Bombay NI, who married in 1840 Jane Ellis, eldest dau. of Lieut.-col. Charles Payne]
