Inscription  In memory of Henry Templer, Esquire, son of the late George Templer, Esq., of Sandford Orleigh, Devon, of Her Majesty's Ceylon Civil Service, Assistant Government Agent and Police Magistrate at Matelle ....... Cut off by diisease incidental to the climate at the early ge of 28 years, 13th June, 1851.
