Employed in outpost duties at Jugraon, Bussean, Moodkee, &c., -during the Sutlej Campaign. Proceeded in July 48 with Brigadier Markhams Brigade to Mooltan; was present throughout the siege and surrender of the Fortress, and subsequently at the battle of Goojerat. Medal and 2 Clasps. (Passed examination in Civil Engineering.) |
