Commanded the Artillery in the Gwalior Campaign, 43, 44. Present at Maharajpore, Bronze Star; also commanded the Artillery in the Campaign of the Sutlej, 45, 46. Present in the affair of Buddiwal and battle of Sobraon. Medal. Nominated C.B. in 44, and A.D.C. to the Queen, 46.
