Detail  [Pages 545-546. In Grosvenor Square, aged 87. Born Dec 1760 to Edward Gore and Barbara, widow of Sir Edward Mostyn, Bt., and heiress of Sir George Brown. Assumed the name of Langton in 1783 on his 1st marriage, to Bridget, heiress of Joseph Langton of Newton Park, esq. 3 sons and 1 dau. including John, and officer in the army, who died in Ceylon. He married 2nd Mary only dau. of John Brown, esq. of Salperton, Gloucestershire]
